At Moneydrop, we are working very hard to expand our network to provide credible and reliable payment partners across the globe. At the moment you can send money from Australia only to the following countries: Benin, Cameroon, Cote D'Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and South Africa.

As part of ensuring compliance with the financial regulations, we have put in place some measures to ensure the safe transfer of funds is regulated. There is a $ 5,000 limit per month per account, however, if you need to increase your sending limit, you will need to provide documentation as a prove of why your limit should be increased. We currently provide a PayID payment method. We are working hard to integrate more payment options.

When you make a transfer with Moneydrop, we send you notification emails with the progress of your transaction. You can also track your transactions from your account.

We send all notifications to your registered email address.

We take our business seriously. To use our platform, you must be verified. We use a data-matching system to verify your identity (Your selfie photo is matched with your uploaded photo ID and your name). Our verification process happens in less than 10 seconds as you register on our platform. You will not be able to carry out any transactions unless you have been verified. You may close your account at any time. Simply log on to your account and click on delete account. Remember, by law, Moneydrop may still retain certain details of your account for the specified number of years required.
