Delivery depends on funding, verification, banking hours and the destination bank. Your transfer is not sent until payment and required checks are complete.

Use the recipient's correct business name and bank information. If the bank is in a different country, tell us.
- An accurate invoice
Keep the actual buyer, supplier, goods or services, amount and currency accurate. Don't change the buyer's identity to match a payment sender.
- Sender-name awareness
Your supplier may see our configured business sender's name instead of yours. Review the sender shown before confirming and let your supplier know.
Already have an invoice in your name? Keep it as issued. Our team can review it, and the payout provider may request more documents.
Can I pay a supplier in China in USD?
Yes, eligible business recipients in China can receive USD payments through this service. The supplier's bank account, payment purpose and documents must meet the requirements for the selected route.
Do I need a business account?
Individuals and businesses can ask to make eligible supplier payments. The account checks and documents depend on who is paying and the purpose of the payment. This service is for business recipients, not a promise of personal transfers to every destination.
Can I pay from my Naira wallet?
Use the funding options available to your account and selected route, including an eligible Naira wallet. Your quote shows the amount you pay, applicable fees and the USD amount your supplier receives before you confirm.
What if my supplier banks in another country?
Enter the supplier's actual location and the correct bank country separately. For example, a China-based supplier may use a Hong Kong bank account. Availability depends on the particular bank and route; contact us if you need help.
Whose name will my supplier see?
The payment may arrive under our configured business sender's name rather than your own. We show the sender details for your review before you confirm. Tell your supplier what to expect so they can reconcile your invoice.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Review your actual rate and fees in the app before confirming. Timing varies with funding, compliance review, banking hours and the receiving bank. We do not promise an instant or guaranteed delivery time.
